Coolum State High School’s P&C Association meets on the third Monday of each month at 6.30pm in the Common Room of the Administration Building. Although certain protocols must be observed, meetings are conducted in a friendly, light hearted manner, and new members are always received with a very warm welcome.

The P&C is responsible for the School Canteen and Uniform Shop (PDF, 1499KB).  All profits from these venues are directed back to support the school as a whole, and individual students.

Parents of students selected to represent the school are invited to apply in writing to the P&C for a contribution towards the cost of such representation.  Each application is dealt with in the strictest confidence and as part of the P&Cs policy, no individual grant is ever publicised to ensure that each student has an equal opportunity to enjoy their time at Coolum High.

The school is also the recipient of funds which are raised by supporting local businesses through their loyalty program, and stationery packs purchased at the newsagents listed on the stationery requirements forms. 

Your P&C Association is comprised of a small number of parents who choose to contribute two hours of their time once a month to benefit the students at Coolum High. 

2018 Annual General Meeting

The 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 19 March 2018 commencing at 6.00pm, when all Executive Office positions will be held open.  If you would like to nominate for an Executive Office position, please complete the Nomination Form

The candidate, nominator and seconder must be members of the Association. Candidates may nominate themselves. 
A completed Nomination Form may be emailed to prior to the AGM, or brought with the candidate to the AGM on Monday 19 March. 
All candidates for Executive Office positions must attend the AGM.

We extend an open invitation to all interested parties to attend our meetings.
