Change of Personal Details


​With communication between the school and the family being a vital aspect of your child’s education on a number of levels, it is of paramount importance that all contact details are accurate.  

Should any contact details change including, but not limited to - 

  • Address
  • Phone numbers including landline and mobile (personal and work)
  • Email address
  • Emergency Contacts;  

please complete a Change of Personal Details Form (PDF, 98KB) and return to the Administration Office by emailing  

Alternatively, register for QParents and enter a Data Change Request. 

QParents is a secure online parent portal where you may access your child’s student information and stay connected to our school.  The QParents web and mobile app provides a more convenient way for parents to interact with the school.  Following registration, parents can access:

  • Attendance and absence details, as well as the ability to notify the school of an absence
  • Academic report cards
  • Class timetables
  • Viewing unpaid invoice details, payment history and making payments online
  • Viewing and updating personal student details, including medical conditions and address
  • Enrolment details.
