Airport Reception
Students are greeted at the Airport upon arrival by school staff, and escorted to their homestay family.   On return to their home countries at the completion of their studies, all students are transported to the airport, and farewelled by their Homestay families.

School Orientation
The international students are welcomed to the school on their first day by the Principal, Deputy Principal and ISP Homestay Coordinator and School Administration staff.    All international students are introduced to their teachers upon attending their first class, and Coolum State High School students are also allocated as 'buddies’.  The role of the buddies in the first week, is to assist the international students to navigate the school and introduce them to other students.
